At Warmrags, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help. We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

Must be requested within 30 days of delivery.

Must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

Must be in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation included.
Note: Returns requested after the 30-day period will not be accepted.
2. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
We value transparency regarding return costs:

Defective / Damaged / Wrong Items: If the product arrives damaged, defective, or is incorrect, Warmrags will cover the return shipping cost. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind): If you purchased the wrong size or color or simply no longer want the item, you (the customer) are responsible for the return shipping cost. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
3. RESTOCKING FEE
We do NOT charge any restocking fees.
4. HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
Please follow these steps to start your return:

Contact Us: Email us at support@warmrags.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.

Authorization: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization Number and shipping instructions.

Ship It: Securely repackage the item (preferably in original packaging) and ship it to the address provided below.

5. REFUND PROCESS & TIMELINE
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Inspection Time: Please allow 3-5 business days for us to receive and inspect your return.

Refund Processing: If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Total Timeline: Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the funds to officially appear in your account.
6. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order upon reception.

If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by offering a replacement or a full refund.
7. CANCELLATIONS

Before Shipment: If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we will cancel it and issue a full refund immediately.

After Shipment: If the order has already shipped, we cannot cancel it. Please wait for delivery and then initiate a return process as stated above.
